  I advise everyone to avoid cooperation with this company, they are scammers, maybe not of all brokers, but from Por Saint Louis du Rohn - Aurelien! As soon as you give a deposit, they will immediately lose interest in you, stop contacting you and will dictate their rights to you.I bought a boat from them not far from Marseille - Port Saint Louis du Rohn and they promised me that they would give me the deregistration back in January, but it's already March, mid-March, and I still have nothing, and I can't get through to them. Mr. Maple owner of this company promised block me if I will write him by email. My broker named Aurelien, he offer me send 32000€ by bank account and he will send me number of account via WhatsApp)), he did not insert number of bank account of owner in sell contract. But I stood firm in my decision and demanded that my deposit be returned to me, but have got declined, so, I promised for them big problem. After signing the contract between me and the owner of the boat, Aurelian asked me to give him the contract and said that he would return it to me after we received the money into the bank account. Absolutely nonsense! Then I did little a scandal and broker was agree to give me contract, the money I sent immediately, it was big nervous hystory

  Die Beratung der Maklerin in Spanien wahr sehr gut. Die Erfahrung mit XBOAT Bootsmakler in Großbritannien war äußerst enttäuschend. Ihr unzuverlässiges Verhalten von einem ihrer Makler der mich in Frankreich (wo ich extra 3500km gefahren bin) der mich bei diesem Besichtigungstermin versetzt hat ,einen 2ten Termin den ich in Spanien hatte ( Anreise mit dem Flugzeug) das versprochene reservierte Boot nicht für mich zu sichern, was zu einem Verlust von 4000€ geführt hat. Ihre Inkompetenz und mangelnde Professionalität haben mich nicht nur finanziell geschädigt, sondern auch meine Zeit und mein Vertrauen verschwendet. Ich rate dringend davon ab, ihre Dienste in Anspruch zu nehmen, da sie offensichtlich nicht in der Lage sind, ihre Versprechen einzuhalten und angemessen mit ihren Kunden umzugehen. Ich vordere daher Schadenersatz. Ich ersuche sie um eine Stellungnahme da ich sehr verärgert bin. The advice from the broker in Spain was very good The experience with XBOAT boat brokers in the UK was extremely disappointing. Your unreliable behavior from one of your brokers who moved me to this viewing appointment in France (where I drove an extra 3500 km) did not secure the promised reserved boat for me on a second appointment that I had in Spain (arriving by plane). , which resulted in a loss of €4000. Their incompetence and lack of professionalism not only harmed me financially but also wasted my time and trust. I strongly advise against using their services as they seem to be unable to keep their promises and deal with their customers appropriately. I therefore demand compensation. I'm asking for a statement because I'm very upset.

  Be careful with this broker. I felt not taken seriously when purchasing a boat. An agent with a sophisticated last name and the first name starting with the same character as the alphabet was my contact person. He seemed only interested in his commission and has very little knowledge of boats, the sales process and customer experience. -Unprofessional with contracts. -Incorrect information on the ad. -Not responsive/bad communication. -Purposely hiding information(osmosis). -Did not allow survey of all systems on board(sanitary, gas, bilge). -Did not prepare sea trials. (I was made to pay for a professional skipper) -Unfair/dirty negotation style. Ultimately I have bought the boat, but it was a very unenjoyable, frustrating and tedious process due to the broker. -- Reply to below comment: Hello and thanks for the swift reply. You have an interesting sense of humour! When I shared these items with you, your last response in email on 24-Oct was entirely opposite! You wrote to me "I don’t want to go forward and reply to each of the issues you felt, trying to explain this or that." Because of your most kind request I have adjusted the review.
